How much do u feed an AST a day?

full grown? Puppy? How big? What kind of food? How active is your dog? too many variables to say definitavely. I have an 80lb amstaff that is extremely athletic and active and he gets about 5-6 cups of high protien high quality food a day during the summer, and 4-5 cups during the winter (not as active during cold months). My amstaff pup is about a year old and still growing, so even though he is smaller than my adult, he gets about the same amount because of his age. Look at the feeding guide on the back of your bag of food, and use that as a base. You may need to adjust depending on if your dog is overweight/underweight, active/sedentary, old/young, etc.. If still unsure, call your vet...that is their job.
