my puppy is acting very weird help?

i have a 5 month old great pyrenees puppy and he was neutered 2 weeks ago and from that time hes weird normally ( before )neutering he was lively ,happy ,playful now hes scared of everythign especially other dogs even smaller than him and hes shy of other people even my parents im a little worried about him should i take him to a vet???
