How much did you pay to get foxtail surgically removed from your dog's nose?

My dog just got a foxtail stuck in his nose. He's been sneezing and scratching at his nose. I took him to the vet today and they only gave him antibiotics. They said if it didn't get better, I would have to take him to a specialist to get the seed removed. I thought that was weird that they only gave him antibiotics. So I want to go have the foxtail removed but I was just wondering what others paid for the same service so I can be prepared for the cost. Thanks you guys!
