Can a dog live without their jugglars?

Does a dog need to have both jugglar's connected to live? My dog had one tied off and it appears he has another anaysum in the other one.

Needs to have at least one... They may need to splint in an artificial vein. Very expensive...

Do you mean Aneurysm?I would think the dog would need one jugglar in order to deliver blood to it's brain...
