Is it normal for a dog to look skinnier after neutering?
My 15 month old pitbull just got neutered today. Once we got home he seemed way skinnier in his abdomen (waist) area. He hasn't eaten since last night, but has had some water. Just don't want something concerning to be going on..... any ideas?

That is perfectly normal. He's been through alot today. Between missing a meal or two, being under anesthesia, and probably drinking less than half of what he normally would, he's going to look a little ganted-up for a couple of days. He should look much better by Monday. If not, call your vet.
