nothing is really bad for dogs except oily or greasy food because they ruin the fur and definetaly don't give your dog chocolate! never ever do that...cuz they can diewhite chocolate is ok though..
Any meat items. I don't recommend feeding your dog people food though, espically if it is a young dog. Dog food specially made for dogs has special nutrients and ingrediants that dogs need, and wouldn't be included in human food.
Do not feed your dog only fruit. Dogs need the nutrients in dog food. I suggest Nutro brand dogfood. It is all natural. Dogs should not eat any people food.
For a healthy diet for dogs, my vet said for a retriever sized dog, 1 can of green beans and 1 cup of dog food per day. Then give him one raw egg a week on top of that for his coat.
Anything that you eat you can feed it to your dog. We feed my dog whatever we ate for dinner and she is pretty healthy. oh yea you really not suppose to feed then chicken with a chicken bone it chockes them.
You should not be feeding a dog any human food, but I know almost all of give our pups a taste of something here and there. As far as I am aware of a dog should not eat chocolate and raw onions. I havent heard the one about fruit. My pom likes to eat watermelon.
As far as I know fruit is not bad for them. My dog eats fruit all the time, except cherries, but that's just his personal preference. I know that you should not give a dog chocolate, however if your dog eats chocolate and doesn't get sick then chocolate should be ok, because a lot of dogs are actually allergic to chocolate and they may have a reaction, but it doesn't mean that all dogs can't ever have chocolate. My dog actually accidentally got a hold of like 5 chocolate chip cookies and I rushed him to the vet, and the vet said he was fine, he's not allergic to it. You can't feed them onions, ever, and avocados aren't good for them either, but once in a great great while shouldn't hurt them.
