Smoke the puppy.

bake some dog food brownies, he's gonna need them after his nap, Oh and some kool aid too

He may get very hungry.

Induce vomiting with salt on the tounge. If it is a lot of pot, then take him to the vet. I'm sure the vet's seen it before.

when the cops get there ask them !!

Cry that your dog gets the high (then take it to the vet).

make sure his water dish is full...do not induce vomiting...that would freak anyone out. just put him in comfortable surroundings and let it wear off. he'll be fine. its just an herb like any other.
