You should never buy a puppy form a breeder without seeing it with it mum and litter mates and meeting the breeder in there own home. Reputable breeders want to meet new owners to check they are suitable for the breed and also so you can check out that the puppy and it mum to see that it is a good healthy looking puupy and that they have all the paperwork for it.
