well my dog loved tuna but she was also able to eat chocolate so i would take your dog to the vet if it is that bad i hope your dog feels better

Sorry to hear about your pooch.I gave my dog fresh tuna one time and she puked her brains out also. i dont' think its a good thing. she will come down if it continues call your vet
