No one on here can tell you the answer. Your last question had a lot of people advising you to get your dog seen and now you are asking this question? Just get the treatment done. This dog deserves treatment, not just an owner that sits at the computer and lets a dog suffer in pain. The longer you wait the worse the outcome.
