Our puppies at a large number of dog chewable vitamins and has diarrhea, should I be concerned?

You should definitely be concerned and take your puppy to the vet asap. Diarrhea is deadly in puppies as they can dehydrate very quickly and die.

Yes. If only because with diarrhoea (and/or vomiting) dehydration can occur. Take him to a vet - the diarrhoea needs to be shut down.
