Get the puppy milk at walmart or any pet supply,or vet's clinic, and feed the 5 largest puppies at least twice per day, while the smaller one are nursing from mom. Make certain to feed it warm, and keep it warm while feeding.

    • FOOD! Good quality food. Not crapinabag from WalMart or the grocery store. Do NOT give her calcium supplements. Buy her the best food you can preferably with 2 or less grains in the first 5 ingredients. She will not want to feed these pups any longer then 3 to 4 weeks so be ready to help take over then with mushy/sloupy puppy food. She will continue to feed them off and on but by 4 weeks of age you will be feeding them 3 times a day and she will feed here and there in between. If the pups are quiet and content they are getting enough milk. They can suck milk out easier then you can squeeze some. Start getting prepared to feed them though and don't go cheap. Cheap grain filled feeding of 12 pups will equal MORE then 50 piles of mushy puppy poop a day for 12 pups and this mother will stop cleaning up after them when you start feeding. Leave the milk products out of her diet and again be very cautious of calcium supplements because if you give those when she is really not in need of them you can cause her to get eclampsia which is an energency and life threatening. Spend your money on VERY high quality food.
