    • To learn about Malamute bloodlines, try visiting the Alaskan Malamute Club and talking with some members and responsible breeders. http://www.alaskanmalamute.org/amca/index.aspYou can also look at that site for show results and see if there is a certain line of dogs that tickles your fancy. http://www.pbrc.net/breeding3.htmlBut honestly, it's not about certain "pedigrees", it's about finding a good breeder breeding to improve the breed. That's how you'll find the "best" malamute. GL.

    • Your first question was about where to find a stud for your Malamute b!tch; the next one was to find out why they aren't tying. Now you are looking for a database of Malamute pedigrees, saying you want another Malamute. I find this question highly suspect.Edit:I just received your email in which you seemed highly offended that I called your Malamute a b!tch. Let me assure you I had no intentions to offend your dog. "I love My Malamute & I feel if You love something then You sure don't call it rude names." The word 'b itch' is not a rude name if it's used to describe what it actually IS. Your dog is a b!tch - a female dog - as are both my beagles. I honestly can't believe you were offended by that. Would you be insulted if someone called you a woman?

    • Hi,I think you need to provide a bit more information before someone can offer a beneficial answer to your question. What knowledge do you hope to gain from a pedigree that will help you buy the best puppy? You should make a list of what is most important to you about a new puppy and start there. For instance, if an excellent temperament is your highest priority, a pedigree will not tell you much. The AKC has a resource guide for puppy buyers that has a list of questions/concerns to ask a potential breeder before you buy a puppy. I would suggest that you pick a few breeders from the list on the AMCA website breeder page (www.alaskanmalamute.org) and email a few of the questions to them. Decide who answers your questions to your satisfaction and begin a dialogue with that person. Then you can tell them what specifically you are looking for in a new puppy. Most ethical breeders will help direct you to a breeder with dogs matching that criteria if their own dogs do not.Good Luck!
