Can a bee sting stunt my dog's growth?

My dog is a year old lab x kelpie and she is just over 20 kg. I don't know if this is unusually small or not because she seems small for her age. A few months ago she ate a bee and it stung her do you think this could have stunted her growth? She stopped growing so rapidly around about that time

I am not sure but if u get really worried i would go see a vet to make sure he is ok
