How can I remove dirty spots from my dogs paws?

I have a white shih tzu but when she goes outside she gets dirty and even when I wash her, her paws don't come clean. So are there any home remedies or products I can use to clean them?

I would use a soft cloth and warm water to dissolve the dirt/debris.
