no, i think that eye-drops on dogs are really bad, but i think you should go to the vet to ask if there is some special kind of eye-drops you should use.
Ask your vet, but i wouldn't advice it without asking a vet first, it could make the infection worse, besides there may be deeper problems found if you take him to a vet and they can be treated properly.

some human eye drops are suitable for dogs but the infection could be anything and i would always ask a vet and let them see my dog before i ever did anything my dog keeps getting conjunctivitis and i have a human eye drops for him but through my vet
I would definitely check with your vet first!There is always the possibility that the drops will only make your problem worst, which could mean more money to get it fixed, and more irritation for your dog. I wouldn't take the chance.
