I have a Boston Terrier and she's the greatest dog ever. I love her to death! She's about 15 pounds fully grown, but she's small and easy to take care of. Good luck in your dog search!

Go to your local animal shelter.They probably have some toy mix breeds that are as lovable as pures.

it depends what qualities you want in your dog. you said you want a small dog, but do you want a small dog that's hyper, or one that's calm. it's hard to make a decision based on a list with no other details.

well it depends on how you like the dogs to act chihuahuas and Pomerania's are great lap dogs but sometimes bark a ton i dont know much about the others breeds general personality.

I would highly recommend a cavalier King Charles spaniel. They sound perfect for your needs and are excellent dogs!

I like Pomeranians fluffiness and attitude. Be careful cause Pugs most of the time eat there own poop! I dont really like Chins but hey its your dog.

Shih Tzu, Maltese, Tibetan Spaniel, West Highland Terrier, Manchester Terrier, JRT, Brussels Bichon, Affenpinscher, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel , Chinese Crested , English Toy Spaniel, Havanese, Italian Greyhound, Miniature Pinscher, Papillon,Silky Terrier, Yorkshire Terrier, Toy Fox Terrier & Toy Poodle ~~~It just key down to which dog breeds are suitable for your lifestyle?You need to do more research to understand the breeds better for you. eg. some toy breeds are not suitable with children, do you have a children, if yes then chihuahua is definitely not an option for you.Happy researching.. and of course do find a reputable breeders after you finally key down to the breed that is suitable for you.
